Focus Forward allows you to participate in focus groups, telephone interviews or product testing. These opportunities require more effort on your part: going to a focus group facility, spending time on the phone with an interviewer or completing a homework assignment. The compensation for these focus groups range between $75-$250.
Online surveys do pay out real cash but focus groups tend to pay out larger amounts. My advice is to always do BOTH!
